PURPOSE:To stably enable the plasticization and weighing of an oil-containing resin by suppressing the melting of a resin in a supply zone and preventing the surging in a compression zone by providing a cooling device to the supply zone of a heating cylinder and setting the length of the compression zone of an injection screw to the specific times of the diameter of the screw. CONSTITUTION:The compression zone 10b of an injection device is set to 0.5-1.5 in its L/D ratio to be formed as a sudden compression type and a cooling device 12 stably controls the part on the side of a hopper 3 of a supply zone 10a at low temp. equal to or lower than the m.p. of a material. Therefore, coupled with the low temp. control due to the cooling device and an increase in the effective length of the supply zone 10a, the transport capacity of the material of the supply zone 10a is enhanced and the melting of the resin in the supply zone 10a is prevented. As mentioned above, the transport capacity of the supply zone 10a is enhanced and the melting of the resin is prevented and the plasticizing capacity of the compression zone 10b is increased and the resin can be certainly plasticized within a short time. Since the surging caused by a break-up phenomenon is prevented, a weighing time is stabilized. |
