PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and control by bringing laser beam into contact with the shape of a material to be worked when the material to be worked is cut by laser beam. CONSTITUTION:Tip parts 2 divided in several equal parts and assembled in a cylindrical shape are inserted into the inner wall of a cylindrical body 1 and the tip parts 2 are pushed upward by spring parts 3. Then, a joining part 4 prevents the spring parts 3 from falling down, the main body 1 and the tip parts from separating and the lower part of the tip parts 2 is fixed to the main body 1 so that the lower part of the tip parts 2 project from the main body 1. When high pressure gas is free from load, the tip parts 2 are pushed by the springs 3 upward. When the material 6 to be worked is machined by the laser beam 7, it is performed in such a state that a high pressure is loaded. Thereby, since the tip parts 2 are worked by the high pressure gas 5 until they abut on the material 6 to be worked below the nozzle, leakage of the gas 5 comes to reduce as possible. Though the direction of the material 6 to be worked changes, working of the divided material of the tip parts changes only, the nozzle need not be rotated. |
