PURPOSE:To realize a measuring device which allows a power consumption to be reduced even if the number of detectors to be driven is large and prevents thermal drifting due to heat build-up of the detector itself from occurring. CONSTITUTION:A control means 2 generates a drive control signal which instructs starting of drive and supplies a drive voltage into each of a plurality of detection means 1-1-1-N corresponding to the drive control signal in sequence by time-sharing. Then, the control means 2 takes in a detection signal which is generated by the detection means 1-1-1-N which received the drive voltage at a lapse of a specified amount of time from a time when a drive means 3 supplies the drive voltage. |
