PURPOSE:To smoothly perform a removal treatment of oil in an exhaust gas hood by providing a foam breaking device having thereon a plurality of upstanding pins in a hood on the outdoor side of a ventilation fan and also providing an oil mist collecting vessel to enable waste disposal and recovery for a foam generating device. CONSTITUTION:A foam generating device 2 and a foam transfer device 3 for transferring foam are provided in an interior hood 1 and a foam breaking device 7 having thereon a plurality of upstanding pins 6 is provided in a hood 5 on the outdoor side of a ventilation fan 4. Further, an oil mist collecting vessel 10 is provided to enable waste disposal or recovery for the foam generating device 2. By this arrangement, oil components in oil mist can be removed effectively and contamination due to oil of the interior of the hood 1, the fan 4, and the periphery of an exhaust port can be prevented and further by efficiently breaking the foam, the oil components can be recovered and abandoned and foaming and cleaning agents can be reused. |
