PURPOSE:To simplify calibration. CONSTITUTION:A sample or calibration liquid is supplied from 3 sampling nozzle 6 to a fractional pouring pot 4 so that the sample or calibration liquid is diluted and supplied to a measuring part 2, or dilution liquid itself can be also supplied, and the sample or calibration liquid diluted in the fractional pouring pot, or dilution liquid itself is supplied to the measuring part 2. At calibrating, calibration liquid of known concentration is fractionally poured by means of the sampling nozzle 6 from the sample cup 12 of an autosampler to the fractional pouring pot 4, diluted by dilution liquid, introduced to the measuring part 2, and potential difference between the potential of the calibration liquid and the potential of the dilution liquid is obtained so as to calibrate an analytical curve. |
