<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to make it possible to regenerate for use, to improve impact resistance and to prevent glass pieces from scattering by a method wherein glass covering resin laminated body consists of inside film, which is mainly made of styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber latex, and outside film, which is mainly made of water-based polyurethane. CONSTITUTION:The glass covering resin laminated body concerned consists of inside and outside films having specified compositions respectively. The inside film is made of resin composition, which is prepared by compounding 0.2-1.0 pts.wt. (solid content) of polyvinyl pyrrolidone with 100 pts.wt. (solid content) of styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber latex. On the other hand, the outside film is made of resin composition, which is prepared by compounding 10-60 pts.wt. (solid content) of water-based epoxy resin, 10-70 pts.wt. (solid content) of water-based amino resin and 0.05-1 pts.wt. of halogen-based surface- active agent with 100 pts.wt. (solid content) of water-based polyurethane. In this case, as the halogen-based surface-active agent, fluorine-based surface-active agent having perfluorocarbon group is employed.</p> |
