VACUUM SUCTION PAD AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a vacuum suction pad and its manufacturing method with which no trace of suction is left by improving the surface processing of a material to constitute a vacuum suction pad while reduction of the contaminant in the material is taken into consideration. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum suction pad is made of synthetic rubber for connection with a vacuum suction source, and at least the suction surface on the pad is subjected to halogenation process to form a thin facial fardening layer due to halogenation process.
