PURPOSE: To enable locally concentrated abrasion to be uniformly distributed on the whole periphery of a support pin and to simplify and improve the lubrication of the support pin by mounting a clutch unit on the support pin in the manner that torque can be transmitted. CONSTITUTION: A clutch unit formed by two clutches 11 and 12 engaged with each other is mounted to a support pin in a manner that they cannot rotate with respect to each other. Each clutch unit automatically engages a support pin 1 with a rotating component 9 only or with a support member 2 only with respect to the rotating direction of the rotating component 9. When the rotating component 9 rotates counter-clockwise, the engaged clutch 12 is disengaged against the returning force of a spring member 14. When the rotating component 9 rotates clockwise, the engaged clutch 11 is loosened, cooperates with the support pin 1 due to the action of the engaged clutch 12 to generate stepped rotation. The support pin 1 rotates every load cycle and is then engaged with the support member, therefore it is possible to enable load and abrasion to be uniform after a plurality of load cycles.
