INSERT MOLD

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an insert mold preventing resin from entering the screw hole part of an insert part. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 3 is provided to the inner surface of the cavity 2 of a mold 1 and the bolt part 7 provided to the leading end of a jig 6 is screwed in the screw hole 4 provided to an insert part 5 to attach the insert part 5 to the jig 6. The base part 8 of the jig 6 is fitted in the recessed part 3 in a freely detachable manner to set the insert part 5 to time inner surface of the cavity 2. Since the bolt part 7 of the jig 6 is screwed in the screw hole 4 of the insert part 5, a resin can be prevented from entering the screw hole 4.
