EMULSION INK FOR POROUS PRINTING

PURPOSE:To provide the title ink of W/O type which, unlike conventional ones, enables a high-quality printing to be easily obtained even after a long-storage since it allows no fungi nor bacteria to occur and is protected from separation of water or oil due to the degradation in emulsion stability. CONSTITUTION:The title ink of W/O type is by using a nonionic surfactant as an emulsifier in the oil phase and an isothiazoline compd. or a mixture of a triazine compd. with a pyridine compd. in an amt. of 0. 01-1.0wt.% (based on the total amt. of the water phase) as an antiseptic or antifungal agent in the water phase.
