MOLDING METHOD FOR EXTRUDED RUBBER ARTICLE FITTED WITH STRIPE PATTERN HAVING VARIABLE DENSITY

PURPOSE:To extrude the title extruded rubber article by fitting a stripe pattern which is not a single stripe pattern but has variable density along the lengthwise direction and is cut midway and often fades in color according to circumstances on the surface of the extruded rubber article. CONSTITUTION:Many slitlike discharge ports 4 facing an extrusion port 2 are formed in a first molding die D1. When a second raw material M2 is discharged from the slitlike discharge ports 4 by extrusion pressure of the raw material in a state wherein a first raw material M1 is extruded from the extrusion port 2, the second raw material M2 is irregularly discharged because the flow properties of the raw material are made bad in the parts of the slitlike discharge ports 4. Thereby a stripe pattern having variable density is cut midway and formed on the surface of an extruded rubber article.
