IMPACT-RESISTANT THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition excellent in impact resistance and good in fluidity by incorporating an oxazolinyl group-carrying PS copolymer resin in the main component consisting of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and rubber-modified PS resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100 pts.wt. of the main component consisting of (1) 30-95wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin 10000-100000 (pref. 20000-30000) in viscosity-average molecular weight and (2) 70-5wt.% of a rubber-modified PS resin 10-75wt.% in rubber content with (B) 0.5-20 pts.wt. of a PS copolymer resin having 0.1-10 (pref. 17)wt.% of oxazolinyl group.
