PURPOSE:To improve the welding quality by simultaneous welding of both sides of electronic parts by providing cams for moving electrodes and direct pressurization weights in both upper and lower directions of the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower electrodes 4 and 5 are moved by the cams 26 at the same time from the upper and lower directions of both sided- connectors fitted to an ultrahigh speed coaxial cable and pressurization is executed directly by the weights 19, 20 and 21 to weld a welding material 2 to a material 3 to be welded from the upper and lower sides at the same time. In addition, the contact of the electrodes with the materials to be welded is detected by a switch to start the cams and the weights pressurize the materials to be welded. Consequently, variance of the pressurizing force of the electrodes is reduced and the welding quality can be improved. |
