PURPOSE:To produce a silicon nitride sintered body applied to high temp. structural parts. CONSTITUTION:Silicon nitride powder is wet-mixed with 0.5-2wt.% aluminum compd. powder and 15-50wt.% samaria powder in an org. solvent to obtain a uniform powdery mixture and this mixture is molded and sintered. A silicon nitride sintered body contg. uniformly dispersed samaria powder is produced. |
