PURPOSE:To provide a film which has favorable transparency, is superior in shock resistance and tear strength, does not generate a problem such as blocking or slip properties and has improved low temperature heat sealing properties. CONSTITUTION:An ethylene polymer (c) layer B is provided on at least one side of a polymer composite layer A composed of 9-70 pts.wt. ethylene polymer (a) having density of 0.90-0.94g/cm<3> and 1-30 pts.wt. polymer (b) which is not compatible with the ethylene polymer (a) and has the higher melting point than that of the ethylene polymer (a). |
