CONSTITUTION:A ceramic heat radiator 1 for radiating heat to a body to be subjected to radiation by receiving the heat from a heating element is made of SiC ceramic contg. >=97.0wt.% SiC. A ceramic heat radiator 1 for radiating heat to a body to be heated by receiving the heat from a heating element is made of Si filled SiC ceramic obtd. by filling 21.0-8.0wt.% Si into the pores 2 in 79.0-92.0wt.% SiC sintered under a reaction. |
