PURPOSE:To obtain the above device which surely drains water preventing it from freezing round a drain valve of a drain pan. CONSTITUTION:The prevent device is provided with an indoor side chamber 4 and an outdoor side chamber 5 parted by a partition plate 3, an indoor heat exchanger 17 and an outdoor heat exchanger 12, and a drain valve 16 on a drain pan 2 of the outdoor side chamber 5. A water-leading piece 15 which parts from the end of the outdoor heat exchanger 12 to the side of the partition plate 3 is provided, and radiant heat from the partition plate warmed in heating operation prevents drainage from freezing. |
