PURPOSE:To make an air bag assembly body lightweight and compact and further improve assembly workability and reliability by forming the air bag assembly body with a bag housing container, an inflator main body and fixing members. CONSTITUTION:An air bag assembly body is made up of a bag housing container 1 housing the bag, an inflator main body 4 connected to the inflator gas blowing portion adjacent end portion of the bag housing container 1, and fixing members 5 fixing the inflator main body 4 at the bag housing container 1. As a result, the housing portion of the air bag is drastically miniaturized, so light weight and compactness can be realized. Also, the fitting and assembly of the bag can be facilitated. |
