LUBRICATION FOR DOUBLE CONE TYPE SYNCHRO DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent the shortage of lubrication on two cone surfaces of the synchro cone ring of a double cone type synchro device. CONSTITUTION:Oil holes 42, 44, and 46 are drilled in an output shaft 12, and oil passages 14 and 52 for the communication between the oil hole and a space opposed to the inner peripheral surface synchro inner ring 24 are formed. A tapered part 58 is formed on inner peripheral surface of the inner ring 24 so as to be large diameter towards the small diameter side of a cone ring 26, and each bulging-out part 52 which is projectingly formed in the axial direction towards a clutch hub and in which the inner periphery contacts a shoulder part 54 formed between the inner periphery an the outer periphery of the clutch hub are formed at plural positions on the side surface of the inner ring 24. A cut groove 60 which penetrates through the bulging-out part 52 and supplies the lubricating oil received by the tapered part to the small diameter side of the cone ring is formed on the inner periphery of the inner ring 24 between the bulging-out part 52.
