PURPOSE:To contrive to optimize the extrusion and modification of material in which reaction occurs, after the mixing of additive and the like. CONSTITUTION:In a cylinder equipped with a material feed opening 2 at one end, an extrusion opening 3 at the other end and a vent port 4 between the two openings, a rotor 5 equipped with screws 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D and 5E is rotatably fitted. Between the screws 5B and 5C on the rotor 5, a mixing part 6, on the outer peripheral surface of which semi-spherical cavities 8 are concavely provided. Further, a rotating tubular body 10 having a large number of through holes on its outer periphery is fitted over the mixing part 6. On the cylinder 1, an additive feed opening 7 is provided on the upper part side of the mixing part 6. |
