PURPOSE:To make it possible to cancel a conversion inhibition word by providing a designation means for inhibiting the conversion to a word to be stored in a dictionary and a conversion inhibition word restoration means for releasing the conversion inhibition. CONSTITUTION:In a conversion inhibition word register processing, a word retrieved from a dictionary DIC for KANA (Japanese syllabary)/KANJI (Chinese character) conversion is added to a conversion inhibition word dictionary NOTCNV. In a conversion inhibition word deletion processing, the retrieved word is deleted from the conversion inhibition word dictionary NOTCNV. In a KANA/KANJI conversion processing, a conversion is not performed for the KANJI which is registered in the dictionary DIC for KANA/KANJI conversion and is registered in the conversion inhibition word dictionary NOTCNV. The conversion can be inhibited or released without deleting words from the dictionary DIC for KANA/KANJI conversion as the registers and deletions of the conversion inhibition words are performed. |
