PURPOSE:To provide inexpensive soybean curd free from soybean odor and bitter taste of the defatted soybeans, excellent in quality, flavor and texture. CONSTITUTION:Soybean milk produced from defatted soybeans or, where appropriate, its mixture with other kind(s) of soybeans and/or soybean-processed product(s) is formulated with vegetable fatty oil and/or animal fatty oil, and the resulting system is emulsified using an appropriate emulsifying equipment. |
