Device for learning the hand movements of tennis. The invention relates to a device permitting perfect learning for novices in drive and backhand shots. It consists of a base (2) surmounted by a body (1) enclosing the mechanism, and a lever (6) supports the ball (13). The rolling bearing (8) permits the rotation and the translation of the shaft (3). When the user hits the ball (13), the lever (6) describes an oblique rotation of 90@ either to the right or to the left, given by the guide (7). The spring (9) which can be adjusted (10) rearms the system. A roller (15) facilitates its displacement. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for novice tennis players.
