<p>PURPOSE:To simply implement the activity of retrieving the relation between a height from the ground and an arrival distance of a radio wave by integrating an altimeter utilizing a change in an atmospheric pressure to the radio communication equipment and providing a display device for frequency display and a display device of the altimeter to the communication equipment. CONSTITUTION:An atmospheric pressure detected by a pressure sensor 10 is converted into a digital value at an A/D converter 11 and inputted to a control circuit 12. The circuit 12 calculates an altitude in response to the inputted digital value and stores the result as an altitude data. Whether or not the altitude is to be displayed is decided freely by allowing the user to operate an input operation section 14. Furthermore, a microcomputer incorporating an A/D converter is used in place of the control circuit 12 and an A/D converter 11 is omitted, then similar effect is obtained. Moreover, the LCD 13 for altitude display and an LCD for frequency display may be provided separately. Through the constitution above, the altitude of the radio equipment of its own station is immediately recognized during communication and the retrieval of the relation between the altitude and the arrival distance of a radio wave is simply implemented.</p> |
