PURPOSE:To obtain pancake of seafood, meat and vegetable in good productivity by feeding dough and vegetable on a baking plate on a carrying line and heating the dough and vegetable, then sequencially feeding meat, buckwheat noodle, and egg, and heating them respectively from the top, and then heating the baking plate from under. CONSTITUTION:A baking plate 1 moves the upper side of a carrying line and dough is fed onto the moving baking plate. Then vegetable is fed on the dough on the baking plate. Thereafter, the dough and vegetable on the baking plate is subjected to radiant heating from above and then meat is fed on the vegetable and heated while applying pressure from above. Further, buckwheat is fed on the meat and then eggs are fed thereon and these food materials are heated while applying pressure from above and successively the baking plate is heated from under in a carrying line to provide the objective pancake of seafood, meat and vegetable. |
