<p>PURPOSE:To provide a highly accurate thermal air flowmeter by reducing the axial deviation between conductor leads in a bobbin used as the heating resistor of the flowmeter and eliminating the inclination of the heating resistor, and then, reducing output noise. CONSTITUTION:A conductor lead, the cross-sectional area of which at its both end sections is smaller than that at its pipe inserting section, is passed through a pipe 7 made of an insulating material from one side and fixed to the pipe 7 with a bonding agent 9. Then, the lead is cut into two parts 8a and 8b as shown in the figure by energizing the lead from both sides.</p> |
