<p>PURPOSE:To achieve an as-designed arrangement of a reinforced fiber in the direction of the fiber having a characteristic as bat and moreover, a shortening of production time by molding the bat using the reinforced fiber and a matrix fiber made of a thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:An outer shell member B is formed on a core material 3 given a shape of a bat using a reinforced fiber and a fiber 2 made of a thermoplastic resin. The fibers are wound to laminate being melted by heat so that the thermoplastic resin fiber 2 of the outer shell member B forms a matrix. Then, after the heating, the work is cooled and the core is removed to mold.</p> |
