PURPOSE:To provide a method where a nonwoven fabric sheet is made into a solid film and formed into a state not having water absorbing properties and a thin layer, at the same time embossment having high-slideproof properties and wear resistance can be performed and the sole of a shoe is obtained by making use of the method. CONSTITUTION:After an appropriate nonskid pattern 19 is printed onto a nonwoven fabric sheet 7 comprised of a thermoplastic resin fiber by making use of ink 18 comprised of thermosetting resin, the skin 18 is cured thermally by heating and pressurization by a top and bottom forces, at the same time the nonwoven fabric sheet 7, which is a base of the same, is melted, welded to each other and made into a solid film, through which enbossment is formed on the sheet. Then after printing of the nonskind pattern on the sole of the shoe, an embossed sheet is obtained by the same method, which is stuck to the mid sole 3 as the outer sole 4 and made into the sole of the shoe. |
