PURPOSE:To prevent the cracks of an article wall thickness from occurring by filling reinforced fiber into the cavity of molding die and injecting thermosetting liquid resin, afterwards, by injecting and displacing the blended resin mixed with the reinforced fiber into the part having a small containing ratio of the reinforced fiber. CONSTITUTION:The thermosetting fluid resin is injected pressingly into the cavity 2 of the molding die 1. A glass fiber material 17 filled preliminary in the cavity 2 is displaced by the pressingly injection and, as a result, the part (A) having no existence of the glass fiber material 17 is generated. Prior to the exothermic hardning reaction of the liquid resin, the blended resin 18 in a resin following tank is injected pressingly, and the liquid resin in the part (A) is displaced by the blended resin 18 and then the resin is cured through the exothermic hardning reaction. Since the blended resin 18 is mixed with the reinforced fiber such as cut glass fiber or the like, any cracks in this part never happen, so that the reinforced plastic article may be one without defects. Besides, the molding die is molded with the molding material wherein a caking material is mixed into the bulk material of fine particle. |
