PURPOSE:To realize the optical wire system able to supply a system clock without causing skew in plural LSIs and to realize the optical bus system not requiring a multi-layer board for controlling the characteristic impedance without increase in power consumption. CONSTITUTION:One or plural cylindrical boards 3 with plural LSIs 1 mounted to each of them are arranged concentrically in multiple, an optical fiber 2 through which an optical signal clock passes is arranged to the center of the cylinder to form the optical wire system. Moreover, a multiplexer and a laser drive circuit are integrated to a one-chip IC, a demultiplexer and a transformer impedance amplifier are integrated to one-chip IC to form the optical bus system. Thus, skew between the LSIs 1 is suppressed in the optical wire system and power consumption is reduced in the optical bus system. |
