PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare table data in a form that all table data is inserted in a table composition by continuing the pouring of table data by copying and preparing the table composition data when table data to be poured is more than the table composition data is capable of holding and the data overflows. CONSTITUTION:(The first line, A column), (the first line, B column) (the sixth line, C column) of table data is poured in (the second line, A column), (the second line, B column), (the seventh line, C column), respectively. Further, the same as a table composition is copied in the next page since the table data has more than 7th lines. In the cell of copying destination table composition, each cell from the heading cell for which a heading and fixing is not performed to the cell of the remaining table data is poured in each cell of the table composition as mentioned above. The same processing is repeatingly carried till all of table data is poured in. When the table composition is copied, the cell for which the heading and fixing was performed is copied with the data of the cell and the data within the cell for which the heading and fixing was not performed is not copied. |
