<p>PURPOSE:To forcedly cool the heating at the starting time effectively so as to prevent the seizure of a clutch by combining a wet single disc clutch as a starting automatic clutch into a continuously variable transmission, and controlling the lubricating and cooling oil quantity of the single disc clutch together with the clutch pressure. CONSTITUTION:A wet single disc clutch 20 is disposed on the input side of a continuously variable transmission 7 through a synchronous mesh type forward/backward switching device 6. In the oil pressure control part of this single disc clutch 20 is formed in such a way as to control the line pressure of a continuously variable transmission oil pressure control part to generate clutch pressure and simultaneously to control the changeover of the lubricating pressure into plural stages according to the clutch heating state to perform lubrication and cooling. That is, the lubricating pressure of the continuously variable transmission oil pressure control part is switched into three stages on the respective condition of low speed start, high speed start and clutch-connected normal travel in order to be supplied to the wet single disc clutch. The wet single disc clutch thereby utilize oil effectively so as to be lubricated and cooled desirably.</p> |
