PURPOSE:To mold a component with small pores inexpensively. CONSTITUTION:First protruded sections 10 and first recessed sections 11 are formed alternately on a fixed mold 8, and second protruded sections 13 and second recessed sections 14 are formed alternately on a movable mold 9. Mold clamping is carried out in a manner that one first protruded section 10 is butted with two second protruded sections 13 adjacent through the second recessed section 14, and molten resin is injected in said state, cooled and solidified. The recessed sections on the mold side can be set sufficiently large in comparison with the pores required for a molded component by said arrangement. |
