PURPOSE:To improve drape and impregnation properites of a reactive liquid raw material by specifying the strength ratio in the fiber arranging direction and the direction crossing the fiber arranging direction, improving the ratio of fiber for reinforcing in the impregnation and forming the specified bulk density. CONSTITUTION:Continuous fibers are arranged substantially in the fiber length direction, and the continuous fibers and discontinuous fibers are interlaced and integrated in a sheet, and the ratio between the tensile strength T0 in the fiber arranging direction and the tensile strength T90 in the direction crossing said fiber arranging direction is made 50<=T0/T90<=10<3>. Further the bulk density obtained by guiding the sheet by the density of fiber constituting the sheet is made 0.2-0.7. As a result, a molded body of superior drape and impregnation properties of a reactive liquid raw material and of a homogenous quality can be manufactured. |
