<p>PURPOSE:To improve the conversion efficiency of an vibration generated by an vibration pen from an electric energy and the detecting accuracy of a coordinate position. CONSTITUTION:When a vibration transferring plate is pressed by a vibrator pen 3, the vibration is detected by a sensor 6 to set the coordinate of the vibration pen. A vibrator is composed of a material having wide frequency band property so as to enhance the energy conversion efficiency of the vibration pen 3. On the other hand, since the transferring speed of wide frequency band vibration differs from every frequency component, the sensor 6 has such a structure as to detect only a prescribed frequency component for improved accuracy. Thus, the coordinate is detected more accurately and no excessive constitution member such as vibration proof material is required.</p> |
