PURPOSE:To efficiently exhaust hot air in both end parts of a fluorescent lamp whose temp. becomes particularly high and to use an inexpensive exhaust fan with a small exhaust capacity by providing a pair of suction ducts. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust fan 7 is composed of, for example, a sirocco fan. Both end parts on the air suction side are communicated with both end parts of the fluorescent lamp 31 via a pair of suction ducts D provided on both sides of a toner recovering container 47. Thus hot air in both end parts of the fluorescent lamp 31 whose temperature becomes particularly high is efficiently exhausted by a pair of the suction ducts D and an inexpensive exhaust fan 7 with a small exhaust-capacity can be used. Further, since the suction ducts D are composed of a part of the upper casing 24 and a part of the toner recovering container 47, the increase in the cost due to the suction ducts D is almost obviated without increasing the number of parts and assembly manhour. |
