PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of an operator by automatizing an order issuing/ receiving job. CONSTITUTION:Image data by facsimile transmission sent from an order issuing destination is received by an image data transferring means 2. The image data is recognized as character data by a recognizing means 3. The character data is sent to a host computer 23 by a communication processing means 4 as a transmission message. Thereafter, when a reception message is returned from the host computer 23 to the communication processing means 4, the image data representing the content of the reception message is transmitted to the order issuing destination by the image data transferring the means 2. |
