PURPOSE:To provide a sealed container which can prevent the damages to the wall of an incinerator by making sealed high pressure can, aerosol can, etc., nonexplosive, since, when the conventional can is thrown into the incinerator after use, the solvent residue in the container is heated and the resulting vapor increases the pressure inside the can to cause the blasting of such cans. CONSTITUTION:In a sealed container rigidly joined at least a container body 1 and a valve having a spray member 3 (on its mountain cup) or a lid 2, a small hole or recess part 4 is formed in a part of the valve or lid. The small hole or recess part 4 is sealed or filled with the material (low temp. melting substance) meltable at a temp. lower than that of the material of the container body 1. As a result, when the sealed container is thrown into the incinerator, the low temp. melting substance is melted away when as its temp. becomes higher to decrease the pressure inside the container, thereby preventing the blasting of the can. |
