<p>A reinforcing bar with upstanding pins (1) to be used as turned-up reinforcement for a reinforced concrete slab (2) comprises a horizontal flat steel bar (3) on which several upstanding pins are welded (4). Each pin (4) has a flat head (6) at its free end, and a weld head (7) at its other end which is thicker than the pin body (5). The weld head is welded to the flat steel bar (3) by means of a weld seam (8) around its circumference.</p> |
