Mould pourer uses a fill hopper having a sealable bottom outlet. The bottom outlet (13) is sealed by a swivel bottom flap (14, 15) pivoting round an axis (18, 19) to the side clear of the fill hopper (11). Pref. the outlet is closed off by two opposed flaps (14, 15). Thus in the pouring operation, the filled hopper is pre-positioned over the mould (5) and here the two flaps are swung sharply out to free the outlet (13). USE/ADVANTAGE - Concrete moulds. Hopper outlet freed by swing flaps directly over mould for fast controlled pouring.
