Textile carding machine - has control system with electronic feedback for quality control

The control system of a textile carding machine applies to the output of swift and revolving flats. Further motors are used at the opening roller and the doffer roll, with a sensor at the funnel condenser, connected to a programmed data information relayed to these motors. This controls the speed and output of the motors, and this is measured at each stage, with the data information fed back to the control centre. The card pref. has a swift (T) driven from a mainshaft along with the revolving flats. The feed table and opening roller form the control over the amt. of fibre fed into the machine. ADVANTAGE - The electronic feedback system enables control at each stage to be instantaneous, and this attains a level output in accordance with the quality standard required.
