An all weather safety wistle and sound generator (10) is provided having a mouthpiece (14) and a sound producing opening (28) for emiting sound when air is blown into the mouthpiece (14) and having a cowling structure (16) covering over the sound producing opening (28) protecting the opening (28) from substances exterior to the apparatus while simultaneously enabling the opening (28) to produce sound. |
