This piezoelectric electro-acoustic converter consists of a conductive cylindrical core (1) with the first continuous camber (3) on one edge and the first broken camber (4) on the second edge, with the same diameter, through which there is core (1) banded by one turn of the membrane (2). This creates the first gap (5) between the core (1) and the membrane (2) with the first inputs or outputs (10). Through the membrane (2) there is a covered ring (6) with the second continuous electrically conductive camber (7) on the inside of one edge and with the broken electrically conductive camber (8) on the opposite edge with the same diameter. This results in the creation of the second gap (9) between the membrane (2) and the ring (6) terminating in the second outputs or inputs (11) on the opposite side to the termination of the first outputs or inputs (10) of the first gap (5). The membrane (2) is connected to the source of the excitation electric voltage.<IMAGE>
