<p>The present invention provides the optical isomers of the compound I, namely the compounds (+)-3aR-trans-5-fluoro-2,3,3a,9a-tetrahydro-1H-[1,4]-benzodioxino[2,3- c]pyrrole or (-)-3aS-trans-5-fluoro-2,3,3a,9a-tetrahydro-1H-[1,4]-benzodioxino[2,3- c]pyrrol or the physiologically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof.
