There are movable holders (3) for the electrodes (10) on the flexible belt (1). Each holder (3) consists of a prismatic body (6) with a continuous longitudinal hole. The moving flexible belt (1) passes through the hole and the holder (3) and is firmly connected to the flat cable (4). The individual conductors of the flat cable (4) are individually connected to respective holders (3) and are connected through firm contacts (8) and exchange contacts (9) to individual electrodes (10). The electrode (10) is connected to the exchange contact (9) directly or through a pressing spring (11) of a conductive material or by a cable (12).
