<p>The present invention relates to a device for inserting optical fibre ribbons (5) into the helical grooves of a grooved rod (3) driven in translational movement along its longitudinal axis (X-X%) through this device, each of the said grooves being intended to receive at least two ribbons stacked one on top of the other, the device including: - a reel holder (21) set into a relative rotational movement, with respect to the rod (3), about the longitudinal axis, - a plurality of reels (211) supplying ribbons (5), these reels being mounted on the holder (21), - a plate (22) also set into a relative rotational movement, with respect to the rod (3) about the longitudinal axis and in the same direction as the holder (21), and through which pass the rod (3) in translational movement and the ribbons (5) coming from the reels (21), - a die (23) set into a relative rotational movement, with respect to the rod (3), about the longitudinal axis and in the same direction as the holder (21) and the plate (22), and through which pass the rod (3) in translational movement and the ribbons (5) coming from the plate (22), the ribbons (5) being inserted into the grooves downstream of the die (23), characterised in that the plate (22) and the die (23) have individual passage openings (31, 53) for each of the ribbons passing through them. <IMAGE></p> |
