<p>A reaction apparatus for a biochemical examination is provided having at least a pair of band-shaped conveying members (46, 49, 75a, 75b), a portion of each of which proceeds over a predetermined distance in the same direction in a closely contacted state, and which convey a sample-supporting thin film (42) while sandwiching it between the closely contacted portions, and a heat source (59, 87) which is provided in the vicinity of the closely contacted portions of the pair of band-shaped conveying members (46, 49, 75a, 75b), and which maintains at a predetermined temperature the sample-supporting thin film (42) sandwiched between the closely contacted portions. The sample-supporting thin film (42) is conveyed from one side to the other side between the pair of band-shaped conveying members (46, 49, 75a, 75b). On the other side, the sample-supporting thin film (42) is supplied with the reagent, then caused to approach the heat source (59, 87) while being sandwiched between the band-shaped conveying members (46, 49, 75a, 75b). By means of the heat source (59, 87), the sample-supporting thin film (42) is maintained at a predetermined temperature, whereby the reaction between the sample and the reagent is promoted. <IMAGE></p> |
