HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE CHIMNEY

The furnace chimney for thermal processing consists of an outside bearing shell (1) in which there is a protective case (3) and between them there is an annular gap filled with insulation (3). The outside bearing shell (1) consists of a central outside bearing shell (1a) and a lower outside bearing shell (1b) which are connected together by joining flanges (4). The protective casing (2) consists of a central protective casing (2a) and a lower protective casing (2b) with lower end equipped with a flange with ribs (5) for contact with the inside flange (6) of the lower outside bearing shell (1b). The lower end of the lower protective casing (2b) is equipped with a bottom (7) with holes (8) which is located on the collection pit (9) mounted on the lower outside bearing shell (1b). The collecting pit (9) is connected to the falling piping (10). The upper end of the bottom protective casing (2b) is equipped with a seating (11) in which there is a central protective shell mounted so that it can slide, and its lower end (2a) is equipped on the outer circumference with centring ribs (12) for contact with the semi-flange (13) inserted between the joining flanges (4). Between the seating (11) and the lower end of the centring protective casing (2a) there is a seal (14).<IMAGE>
