The mechanism consists of the frame with two box-type beams (1,1') joined by bars (2). On the weighting sensors (3) of each beam (1,1') there is bearing cross-beam (4, 4') the side parts of which are equipped with bearer bases (15) and there is cross-beam (4, 4') equipped with two strips of vertical side plates (5, 5') which embrace the side plates of the box-type beams (1,1') of the frame and in which pairs of hollow cases (7) are screwed with an arresting nut (8) in which there are ball pins (9). The ball pins (9) are supported by supporting plates (11) mounted on the side plates of the box-type beams (1, 1'). On the upper area of the box-type beam (1,1') and the lower area of the box-type beam (4, 4') there are brackets (12) mutually joined by braces (13).<IMAGE>
