PURPOSE:To increase the measuring accuracy, by detecting the amount of reflected light from the three points apart by 120 degrees each other on the thread through passing it in the narrow band filter absorbing the surface color of the thread and measuring the detection signal into high and low frequency components. CONSTITUTION:The light flux produced from the light source 1 is condensed with the condenser lens 2, it passes through the heat ray absorbing filter 3, unnecessary light is eliminated with the aperture 4, and after the part greater in the luminance of light source image is selected at the aperature 5 of small-hole shape, the flux is incident to the half mirror 6 tilted by 45 degrees. The light flux reflected on the thread 8 and transmitted through the half mirror is removed of the unnecessary light at the apertures 11, 12 and incident to the narrow-band filter 14 through the light detection lens 13 to select a part of the surface reflection light, it is detected at the photodetector 15 and fed to the processor 6. The detection signal 16 is input to the low-pass filter 17 and the high-pass filter 20 to detect the hue and the surface deficiency. |
